Cancellations
Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Our packages are ship via UPS and USPS.
Shipping is nonrefundable, no matter what. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created. You're welcome to contact info@clubnever.com to see if we're able to do so, but the policy is as stated.
Packages cannot have their delivered altered and we cannot and will not change or intercept a delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmation and are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We do provide tracking with our shipments
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Texas
Payment
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept Shop Pay.
We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Any orders flagged as high risk will be cancelled, no exceptions

WHAT YOU WILL GET: Crewnecks and Hoodies that we regularly sell between $25-$50 at wholesale pricing. Great for gifts or resell. All items are expected to have imperfections such as stains, distressing, small holes, paint, etc but nothing crazy that would make it unwearable.
WHAT YOU WON'T GET: To be transparent, you won't get a $100 hoodie 99/100 times. We do bless on occasion but this isn't a gamble bag with a low ceiling and a high upside, these bundles are designed to be wins for flips, not for hitting the lottery.
Misc sizes and misc teams. At least 80% of all bundles will be professional or college sports teams, on occasion if a crewneck is cool enough it may be semi pro or HS.
