Cancellations
Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Our packages are ship via UPS and USPS.Ā
Shipping is nonrefundable, no matter what. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created. You're welcome to contact info@clubnever.com to see if we're able to do so, but the policy is as stated.Ā
Packages cannot have their delivered altered and weĀ cannot and will not change or interceptĀ a delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmationĀ and are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We do provide tracking with our shipments
