Cancellations
Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Our packages are ship via UPS and USPS.Ā
Shipping is nonrefundable, no matter what. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created. You're welcome to contact info@clubnever.com to see if we're able to do so, but the policy is as stated.Ā
Packages cannot have their delivered altered and weĀ cannot and will not change or interceptĀ a delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmationĀ and are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We do provide tracking with our shipments

Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Texas

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept Shop Pay.Ā
We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Any orders flagged as high risk will be cancelled, no exceptions

Please do not expect, unless noted, for the item to be in pristine or 'like-new' condition.Ā Please check measurements to ensure item size accuracy!Ā There are no returns.
Remember! Secondhand clothing may have signs of wear, small holes, fading, or minor stains , etc if not labeled new.Ā If you have ANY concerns please reach out prior to ordering.Ā
