Cancellations
Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Our packages are ship via UPS and USPS.
Shipping is nonrefundable, no matter what. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created. You're welcome to contact info@clubnever.com to see if we're able to do so, but the policy is as stated.
Packages cannot have their delivered altered and we cannot and will not change or intercept a delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmation and are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We do provide tracking with our shipments
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Texas
Payment
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept Shop Pay.
We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Any orders flagged as high risk will be cancelled, no exceptions

With such limited spaces we do want a common theme to the market. If demand is high we may have to curate based on fit. Please be vintage, sneakers, or of a variety that would make sense in this space before purchasing, don't make us make any tough decisions!

As of 3/3/26 We have less than 10x10 spots available, you can bring a tent or just setup. Spots are assigned at random the morning of, but they're all good spots!
We have a spot for 1 food or beverage vendor - This is not purchased here, please email or DM us for info regarding this!
Don't have enough to fill up a 10x10? We will have 6 table setup options. Simply bring a 6-8ft (MAX) table, and we will get you posted up at a discount.
IMPORTANT: AT CHECKOUT THERE'S A SPOT THAT SAYS "ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" INCLUDE YOUR INSTAGRAM HANDLE SO WE CAN MAKE SURE FUTURE PROMOTION PROMOTES YOUR ACCOUNT
